The match between Emmaboda IS and Husqvarna FF began at Emmaboda IP in front of an empty stand. Despite the intense play on the field, no one wanted to miss out when the league leaders visited the bottom team.

Just six minutes into the game, the away team took the lead when Alexandra Vera Contreras found the back of the net. Emmaboda fought to get back into the match, but the task became even harder when Husqvarna FF's Liberta Jashari was sent off after eleven minutes.

Half an hour into the game, Husqvarna extended their lead with Contreras scoring her second goal of the day. Before halftime, Stina Isaksson also made her name known on the scoresheet, leading to a 0-3 scoreline at the break.

In the second half, Emmaboda tried to get back into the match but struggled to threaten Husqvarna FF's goal. Despite several substitutions on both sides, neither team was able to create any more scoring opportunities.

When referee Sandra Ekholm blew the final whistle, it was clear that Husqvarna FF had secured yet another victory and solidified their top position in the table. Emmaboda IS, for their part, will need to reassess their play ahead of next season after finishing last in Division 2 Östra Götaland.
