IF Brommapojkarna hosted IFK Lidingö FK at Grimsta IP in front of an audience of 66 people this Saturday afternoon. The match turned out to be a real goal fest, with both teams providing entertaining football.
It was IF Brommapojkarna who took the lead in the match with a 1-0 goal from Sandra Lund in the 28th minute. But IFK Lidingö quickly responded and equalized through Hanna Hermansson in the 37th minute. Just before halftime, the away team took the lead with a score of 2-1 through Katarina Tranäng.
After the break, IF Brommapojkarna came out strong and equalized to 2-2 immediately in the 46th minute with a goal from Cecilia Landgren. Just three minutes later, the home team regained the lead through Hedda Regefalk, and then they extended their lead to 4-2 with another goal from Cecilia Landgren in the 73rd minute.
However, IFK Lidingö did not give up and fought their way back into the match. With two quick goals from Ester Klein Strandberg in the 75th minute and Elin Flyborg in the 78th minute, they managed to equalize at 4-4.
The match ended in a draw, 4-4, allowing both teams to take home one point from this goal-rich match. IF Brommapojkarna retains its position in the middle of the table while IFK Lidingö continues to sit in fifth place. An entertaining match for the 66 spectators in attendance.
