The sunny Saturday afternoon featured an exciting match between FC Djursholm and IFK Stocksund at Djursholms IP 1. In front of a crowd of 85, referee Nike Sjögerås kicked off the match in Division 2 Östra Svealand, women’s division.

FC Djursholm, sitting in second place in the table, was the hottest from the start and created several dangerous chances. Just seven minutes in, Malva Hådell scored the opening goal for the home team after a great setup on the right side.

The rest of the match became a struggle between the teams in midfield, but FC Djursholm showed solid defensive play and kept IFK Stocksund at bay until the final whistle.
