Malmö FF had an impressive evening at Malmö Stadium as the team faced Lilla Torg FF in Division 2 Södra Götaland for women. Already in the fourth minute of the match, Rebecka Holm opened the scoring for the home team, setting the pace for the game. Lilla Torg FF did not give up and quickly responded with a penalty converted to an equalizer by Paula Hafner in the 21st minute.
But it was only a brief joy for Lilla Torg FF as Melina Skarström headed in a goal just two minutes later. At the end of the first half, Lilla Torg FF managed to reduce the deficit with an own goal, setting the stage for an exciting second half.

It was a delightful soccer match where Malmö FF was clearly the better team and secured much-needed points in the division.
