Saturday afternoon offered a close and intense match between Lunds SK and IFK Karlshamn at Smörlyckans IP. Despite good chances from both teams, neither team managed to score, and the match ended in a goalless draw.
Referee Sofia Wigerup maintained strict control over the match and kept a close eye on the play. The attendance, however, remained unchanged at zero, despite the exciting match taking place on the field.
IFK Karlshamn received two yellow cards during the match, first to Alva Murtovaara in the 80th minute and then to Maja Beike in the 88th minute. Lunds SK received one yellow card through Olivia Cox in the 89th minute.
Despite the scoreless match, the teams provided an exciting and entertaining football game for the few spectators in the stands. Both teams can look back on a well-executed match where the sharpness in front of goal could perhaps have been a bit better.
