Lunds SK showed no mercy when they visited Ramdala IF at Säbyvallen. The match began relatively evenly, but it was Lunds SK who could spoil the atmosphere for the home crowd when Frida Wennberg scored both 0-1 and 0-2 in the 32nd and 33rd minutes.
The second half started just like the first, but once again Lunds SK took control of the match, and Wennberg completed her hat trick by heading in the 0-3 goal in the 52nd minute. However, Ramdala IF was awarded a penalty kick after a situation in the 54th minute, which Sara Engström converted to give the home team a glimmer of hope.
Unfortunately for Ramdala IF, Clara Kronberg sealed the deal when she scored Lunds SK's fourth goal in the 69th minute. The final score was thus 1-4 in favor of Lunds SK, who secured three important points and strengthened their position in the league table. For Ramdala IF, it unfortunately looks like it will be a tough season in Division 2 Södra Götaland, but at least they can take away that they managed to score one goal and fought until the final whistle despite the heavy loss.
