The match between Hässleholms IF and BK Olympic at Österås IP A-plan began intensely, and already in the sixth minute, BK Olympic took the lead through Ali Bdeir. Hässleholms IF tried to recover and created several dangerous chances, but it wasn't until the 58th minute that they managed to equalize through Tim Ströbeck.

After the goal, there were several chances for both teams, but it was BK Olympic that succeeded in scoring the decisive goal in the 77th minute through Jesper Örnberg. Despite efforts from Hässleholms IF to come back in the match, they were unable to find an equalizer, and the match ended 1-2 in favor of BK Olympic.
