IFK Trelleborg FK claimed a well-deserved victory in their home match against IFK Malmö FK at Vångavallen in Division 2 Södra Götaland on Saturday afternoon. Trelleborg started strongly, and it didn't take long before both teams received a warning.

The match continued at a high tempo with several dangerous chances, but it was not until the 57th minute that Ilir Tahiri from Trelleborg scored the first goal of the match. Malmö tried to get back into the game and brought on Fonti Kanu and Adam Strömqvist, but it did not help.

In the 77th minute, Trelleborg's Tahiri scored his second goal, securing the final score at 2-0. Malmö tried to respond, but despite a penalty for Ludvig Johansson and substitutions for David Abaya and Jason Rindom, they could not reduce the deficit.
