The sunny Sunday at Heleneholms IP Main Arena featured an exciting match between IFK Malmö FK and IFK Hässleholm. The attendance was 85 people, who settled in to watch two teams searching for form and their first victory of the season.
The match was evenly contested from the start, with both teams fighting hard to take control. IFK Hässleholm was the first to make a substitution, bringing in Hampus Nilsson for Robin Strömberg. However, it was IFK Malmö FK that took the lead when David Abaya struck in the 34th minute, sending the ball into the net.
However, the joy of IFK Malmö FK would be short-lived. Olle Kjellman Olblad regained control for the visitors and scored in the 63rd minute. Things would become even more challenging for the home team when David Abaya picked up a yellow card and then a red card just minutes later.
Despite the setbacks, IFK Malmö FK continued to fight, and with the help of Filston Mawana, they made a comeback with their second goal in the 80th minute. IFK Hässleholm, however, did not give up hope and brought in Adham El Youssef and Erjon Rama in hopes of finding an equalizer.
In the end, it was Linus Roslund who managed to get the ball into the net in the 90th minute, making it even when the referee blew the final whistle. Despite IFK Malmö FK receiving two red cards, they never gave up and almost clinched the match. IFK Hässleholm was not completely satisfied with the draw but secured at least one point, maintaining their fifth place in the table. IFK Malmö FK remains at the bottom of Division 2.
