It was an exciting and intense match between Remsle UIF FF and Sund IF at Remslevallen. The spectators on site truly got their money’s worth as the teams delivered an impressive goal extravaganza.
Sund IF started the scoring just four minutes in when Angelica Lindholm Forsell made it 1-0. However, Remsle UIF FF kept fighting, and Camilla Edlund managed to equalize to 1-1 in the 22nd minute.
Just 14 minutes later, it was the home team’s turn again when Pernilla Sjödin scored to make it 2-1, giving her team the lead. Sund IF didn’t give up, though, and Mathilda Rimeslåtten equalized to 2-2 in the 70th minute.
But it was Remsle UIF FF who ultimately took the lead when Sara Lundgren scored the winning goal, making it 3-2 in the 87th minute. After a hard-fought battle, the home team secured three points and climbed to 6th place in the table, while Sund IF would have to settle for 7th place.
A well-executed match by both teams with excitement until the very end. A big thank you to referee Jörgen Byström and assistant referees Anton Ångman and Kenan Hasanagic for keeping order during the match. An entertaining football evening at Remslevallen!
