In an exciting match between Östersunds DFF and Bik SK at Jämtkraft Arena, 175 spectators were in attendance. Referee Michaela Backlund was in charge, assisted by Mikael Nord and Alf Levin.
The match started evenly, but in the 40th minute, Östersunds took the lead 1-0 through Karin Jonasson. Just two minutes later, the lead was doubled when Anna Jonsson made it 2-0.
At halftime, Östersunds made a substitution, with Angelica Bergstrand coming on for Sandra Nilsson. In the 71st minute, Bik SK also made a substitution, bringing in Isabelle Nyberg for Pernilla Nylund.
In the 89th minute, Bik SK suffered an unfortunate own goal, extending Östersunds’ lead to 3-0. Before the match was over, Sunisa Daennabua also scored, sealing the final result at 4-0 in favor of Östersunds DFF.
A well-deserved victory for Östersunds, who had good control of the match and managed to secure three points in front of their home crowd. Bik SK will need to regroup for upcoming matches to get back on track to winning.
