On Saturday afternoon, Vimmerby IF and Spårvägens FF faced off at Vimarvallen in front of an audience of 242 people. Referee Jon Lindholm officiated the match, assisted by Ghassan Abdulahad and Peter Vistrand.
The match started dramatically as Nic Rydholm from Vimmerby IF was sent off in the 16th minute. Spårvägens FF immediately took advantage of the numerical superiority, and Mattias Liljestrand scored 0-1 in the 17th minute. Vimmerby IF continued to fight despite being behind, and Abdul Fatawu Safiu reduced the score to 1-2 in the 56th minute, but it was not enough. Mikael Chang then scored the decisive goal for Spårvägens FF in the 70th minute, setting the final score at 1-3.

Despite dropping a point, Vimmerby IF fought hard until the final whistle, but it was Spårvägens FF who were able to conclude the match with three valuable points.
