It was an exciting match between FC Linköping City and Eskilstuna City FK at Bilbörsen Arena in front of an audience of 350 people. Referee Mohammad Dabestani officiated the match, assisted by Peter Fridén and Sladjan Nikolic.
Already in the fourth minute, FC Linköping City received a warning when Ryan Luke Lindevall Binns had his name written down by the referee. Just two minutes later, it was time for another warning for the home team, this time to Josh Bragg. Eskilstuna City FK was not to be outdone, receiving two warnings within a few minutes, one for Oliver Podmenik and another for William Schmidt.
But it was FC Linköping City that took the lead in the 53rd minute when Andreas Johansson found the net, giving his team a 1-0 lead. Eskilstuna City FK fought to get back into the match, but their efforts were met with no success.
