The match between AFK Linköping and Värmdö IF started evenly with both teams fighting to take the lead. But AFK Linköping did not give up and managed to reduce through a goal by Fabrice Burubwa, which gave the team new energy. Before half time, Fredrik Alm managed to equalize to 2-2 and put pressure on Värmdö IF.

In the second half, AFK Linköping continued to be the dominant side on the pitch. Staffan Hedbäck scored two quick goals and turned the score to 4-2 in favor of Linköping. Fredrik Alm completed the turnaround with his second goal of the game to make the final score 5-2 in favor of the home team.

Despite some hot chances from both teams, neither managed to score more goals before the final whistle. AFK Linköping took three important points and managed to climb a position in the table. Värmdö IF, on the other hand, has to settle for a loss and must now focus on getting new points to avoid relegation.
