Södertälje FK managed to secure a point away against IFK Haninge when the two Division 2 teams met on Saturday afternoon. Despite an early opening goal from the home team through Dario Ljuboje in the ninth minute, the visitors managed to rally and equalize late in the match through Samuel Kurkunc.
The match at Torvalla IP 3 was played in front of an empty stand and was officiated by main referee Johan Kjellin, assisted by Dejan Lukacevic and Gojko Jajic.
IFK Haninge took the lead through a fine performance by Ljuboje, who capped off a quick counterattack by confidently placing the ball behind Södertälje FK's goalkeeper.
Södertälje FK continued to fight and created several dangerous chances during the match. In the 62nd minute, the team received a warning when David Genc committed a foul.
IFK Haninge also received a warning when Ahmed Riahi made a hard tackle in the 64th minute. Södertälje FK continued to press, and Andrew Sayon Nagbe received a warning in the 75th minute.
