Värmdö IF extended their winning streak in Division 2 Södra Svealand last night as they defeated Huddinge IF 2-1 away. Jesper Bolander scored both goals for Värmdö IF, giving them a comfortable lead of 0-2 after 69 minutes.

Huddinge IF, however, fought back, and Christoffer Katenda reduced the score to 1-2 with only seven minutes left on the clock. They desperately tried to find another equalizer, but Värmdö IF managed to hold on and take home three important points.

The match was played in front of an empty Källbrinks IP 1, with only the referees Johan Kjellin, George Jomaa, and Peter Fridén as spectators. Both teams made several substitutions during the match in an attempt to change the course of the game, but Värmdö IF succeeded in holding on and ended the evening with an encouraging victory.
