Assyriska FF comfortably wins 3-0 against Smedby AIS

PreZero Arena hosted an exciting match between the home team Smedby AIS and visiting Assyriska FF in Division 2 Södra Svealand on Saturday afternoon. Despite a good start from Smedby AIS, it would be Assyriska FF who took the lead. In the 30th minute, King Hägg Obinongo scored a goal for the away team Assyriska FF, breaking through the home team’s defense.

The halftime score was 0-1 to Assyriska FF, putting pressure on the home team to try to equalize in the second half. Smedby AIS substituted Jesper Royé for Daniel Lidetoft in hopes of finding their goal scorer.

However, it was Assyriska FF who continued to dominate the match. In the 54th minute, Hugo Fernández scored a second goal for the away team, and in the 60th minute, Rinor Nushi scored his first goal of the day with a header, extending Assyriska FF’s lead to 0-3.

In the 75th minute, King Hägg Obinongo received a yellow card for Assyriska FF, but despite this, they were able to maintain their lead. Assyriska FF made two more substitutions, bringing on Martin Stigemalm for Petar Peric and Yousef Yousef for Marcus Linday in the 78th minute to see out the match with a solid victory.

When the final whistle blew at PreZero Arena, it was clear that Assyriska FF had won the match 3-0 against Smedby AIS. A well-deserved victory after a strong performance from the visiting Assyriska FF and a disappointed home team that will need to find a new strategy to improve in the league.
