On a sunny Saturday afternoon, Syrianska FC faced Karlbergs BK at the Södertälje Football Arena in front of an audience of 120 people. Referee Lukas Wallin officiated the match, assisted by Dany Kako and Valentin Covalciuc.
The match started intensely, and already in the 5th minute, Syrianska took the lead through a fine goal by Mattias Ingvarsson. After the goal, both teams continued to press each other, and the pace was high. In the 22nd minute, Juan Ignacio Carabajal Mamani received a warning for Syrianska, followed by a warning for Karlbergs’ Markos Issa in the 45th minute.
In the second half, Karlbergs made a strong comeback and managed to equalize to 1-1 with an own goal in the 69th minute. Shortly thereafter, both teams made several substitutions in an attempt to find a winning goal. However, it was Syrianska who would pull ahead when Majkel Bagir scored the 2-1 goal in the 93rd minute.
The match ended 2-1 in favor of Syrianska FC, who thus earned three important points in their pursuit of a better position in the standings. Karlbergs BK had to head home with a bitter loss despite a strong performance. Syrianska FC showed character and turned the match in their favor in the closing moments.
