IK Sleipner secured a convincing home victory against IFK Eskilstuna at Platinumcars Arena on Thursday evening. The home team started strong and took the lead just eight minutes into the match when Albert Johansson found the back of the net. Casper Frisk doubled the lead to 2-0 in the sixteenth minute, a score that remained until half-time.

IFK Eskilstuna attempted to get back into the game and succeeded when Josef Ibrahim reduced the score to 2-1 in the 50th minute. However, IK Sleipner responded quickly, with Buster Blosse increasing the lead to 3-1 just eight minutes later.
