It was an exciting match between IF Böljan and Nittorps IK on Saturday afternoon. Despite the absence of an audience, the teams delivered an entertaining game.
Already after 5 minutes, Nittorps IK took the lead with a goal from Klara Lindberg, who then scored her second goal after 10 minutes, ensuring the team led 2-0. IF Böljan managed to reduce the deficit with a goal from Gyltene Ibishi in the 35th minute, but shortly after, she received a yellow card.
Just before halftime, Klara Lindberg scored her third goal, completing her hat trick and giving Nittorps IK a 3-1 lead.
In the second half, IF Böljan came to life, and Jessica Julin reduced the score to 2-3 in the 51st minute. Linn Albrektsson then equalized for Böljan in the 69th minute, making the match wide open.
But it was Nittorps IK who would have the final word when Josefine Axengren converted a penalty in the 87th minute, securing the team’s victory with a score of 4-3.
