IFK Fjärås and Qviding FIF faced off in an exciting match in Division 2 Västra Götaland for women at Ögärdets IP A in front of an audience of 80 people. Referee David Carlsson officiated the match with assistance from Hjalmar Kanflo and Abdiaziz Oog.
It was IFK Fjärås who took the lead in the 40th minute through Linnea Eld, who scored from a free kick to make it 1-0. However, Qviding FIF quickly responded, and Alma Söderström equalized to 1-1 just two minutes later.
Immediately after the halftime break, IFK Fjärås regained the lead through Maja Abrahamsson, and Linnea Eld then extended the lead to 3-1 in the 51st minute. Evelina Christensson made it 4-1 before Isabella Nedrén scored to make it a convincing 5-1 in the 65th minute.
Qviding FIF did not give up, and Alma Söderström reduced the score to 5-2 in the 67th minute. Jennifer Ström brought it down to 5-3 in the 82nd minute, giving Qviding FIF hope for a comeback. However, IFK Fjärås held on and secured the victory with a final score of 5-3 when the final whistle blew. It was an entertaining match that featured many goals and plenty of drama.
