Match Report:
It was a sunny Saturday afternoon at Kabevallen 1 when Tenhults IF hosted Torslanda IK in Division 2 Västra Götaland. The match began intensely, and just eight minutes in, the home team took the lead through Christian Ström. Tenhult continued to press and created several dangerous chances during the first half.
The atmosphere became a bit heated when Tony Velin and Jens Larsson from Tenhult, as well as Gustav Söderström from Torslanda, received yellow cards. Just before halftime, Adam Hermansson was cautioned for the home team.
At halftime, Torslanda made two substitutions to try to get back into the match, but Tenhult continued to dominate. Markus Küce and Johan Fridén came on as substitutes for Tenhult, and these changes proved to be successful. Fridén extended the lead to 2-0 before Küce sealed the deal with his goal in the 86th minute.
The match concluded with yellow cards for Nathaniel Weiss from Tenhult and Daniel Stanisic from Torslanda. When the referee blew the final whistle, it was clear that Tenhults IF had won 3-0 in front of the 62 spectators present. A well-deserved victory for the home team, who delivered an impressive performance on the field.
