The match began with Fässbergs IF surprisingly taking the lead in the 16th minute through Kristoffer Frantzich. However, Norrby IF quickly responded and equalized in the 39th minute with a goal from Lasse Broman. Before the halftime break, Norrby IF took the lead 2-1 through Mathias Strinäs.

At halftime, Fässbergs IF made a substitution in hopes of turning the match around, but it was Norrby IF that continued to dominate. Strinäs completed his hat trick with his second goal in the 73rd minute, extending the lead to 3-1.

Despite several substitutions and warnings from both teams, neither managed to score again until the 87th minute when Norrby IF’s Marc Axengren increased the lead to 4-1, thereby sealing the final result.

Norrby IF demonstrated their quality by coming back from behind to win, maintaining their position at the top of the table, while Fässbergs IF will continue to struggle at the bottom of the league. The crowd at Borås Arena, where 278 spectators had gathered, enjoyed an entertaining match despite the home team coming out on top. Referee Andreas Ekholm had a calm and good match with minimal controversy, and assistant referees Berbir Teljigovic and Mattias Furbo did a great job with their linesman duties.
