On a deserted and empty Vallhamra pitch, Sävedalens IF and Jonsereds IF faced off in a very intense match on Friday evening in Division 2 Västra Götaland for men. Sävedalens IF was at the bottom of the table before the match, while Jonsereds IF was in tenth place, leading to a very open match from the start.
In the 26th minute, Sävedalens IF's Hami Golestan received a warning after a delayed tackle, which affected his performance for the rest of the match. In the 31st minute, Sävedalens IF made its first substitution, replacing Carl Stridsberg with Hector Svensson.
The first 45 minutes featured physical play, and it wasn't until the 41st minute that Patrik Hansson from Jonsereds received a yellow card after a tough tackle. Karim Affane from Jonsereds was then cautioned at the end of the first half, leading to very aggressive play from both teams.

In the 71st minute, both Sävedalens IF's Hector Svensson and Jonsereds IF's Henos Araya received yellow cards, causing both teams to focus on minimizing fouls and avoiding expulsions. Jonsereds IF made its second substitution in the 74th minute by sending in Ville Viljanen for Adam Gino Reggiani.
With just 15 minutes left in the match, Sävedalens IF made its third substitution, bringing in Jonas Henriksson for Christian Gustavsson.
