Ytterby IS and Jonsereds IF met at Ytterns IP for an exciting match in Division 2 Västra Götaland. Despite it being a Saturday afternoon, there was no audience present to watch the game.

Referee Fredrik Olsson blew the whistle to start the match, and it didn't take long for Ytterby IS to take the lead. In the 34th minute, Robin Eriksson scored 1-0 for the home team with a beautiful goal. Just before halftime, Eriksson increased his tally with another goal, giving Ytterby IS a 2-0 lead going into the break.

At halftime, Jonsereds IF made a substitution, bringing in Ismael Fonjah for Mattias Lindberg. This paid off as Jonsereds IF reduced the score to 2-1 with an unfortunate own goal from Ytterby IS.

In the 75th minute, Robin Eriksson stepped up again and scored his third goal of the day, this time from the penalty spot. Ytterby IS thus led 3-1.

Despite this, Jonsereds IF did not give up, and in the 80th minute, they managed to reduce the score again through Viktor Björklund, putting pressure on the home team.

The match was played with intensity and fierce tackles, resulting in yellow cards for both Ytterby IS and Jonsereds IF. In the end, however, Ytterby IS managed to hold on and took home the victory with a score of 3-2, marking three important points in their pursuit of promotion in the league. A hat trick from Robin Eriksson was decisive for Ytterby IS's victory.
