Assyriska BK emerged victorious after an exciting match against Vinbergs IF at Ruddalen 1 Artificial Turf, with a final score of 3 - 1. Despite the match being played without spectators due to the prevailing situation, the players maintained their intensity, and both clubs fought hard in Division 2 Västra Götaland.
Assyriska BK created the first dangerous chances of the match and had a couple of good opportunities. Victors Kalasho was also close to scoring with a shot in the 29th minute, but the ball went just wide of the goal. After a tight first half, Assyriska made a substitution, bringing on Desmond Richards at the start of the second half, which proved to be a welcome addition. His speed and agility caused problems for Vinberg's defense.
Several substitutions were made during the match, and in the 71st minute, Assyriska received their first yellow card after a duel between Socras Lutonda Luzayadio and a Vinberg defender. However, Assyriska continued to press, and in the 78th minute, Vaso Colic scored after a well-executed attack from the home team. Vinberg attempted to get back into the match, but Assyriska managed to fend off their attacks.
In the 90th minute, Assyriska received their second yellow card after a tough tackle by Måns Saebbö on a Vinberg player. Unfortunately for Assyriska, Vinberg managed to score a goal in the 91st minute, with Gjenis Zeqiri converting a penalty. However, this could not save Vinberg, as Jahid Jawid came on in the closing minutes of the game and scored in the fourth minute of stoppage time.
Assyriska BK will be pleased to have taken home three points after having the advantage at home, while Vinbergs IF will look to recover and perform better in their next match. Admir Hasanbegovic was a solid referee, maintaining control of the match, assisted by Labinot Aziraj and Stefan Andrade.
