Laholms FK made history when they visited Landvetter IP on Saturday afternoon and won 4-0 in the latest match of Division 2 Västra Götaland. It was a calm first half where Gjenis Zeqiri scored the first goal in the 9th minute, but it took until 45+1 for Nils Hedström to net the second.

The second half became a different story for the home team Landvetter IS when Adam Vernersson scored a beautiful header in the 50th minute, and Laholms FK continued to apply pressure. In an unnecessary challenge, Albin Gustavsson received an initial yellow card, followed by a second yellow, resulting in a red card in the 58th minute. Laholms FK continued to substitute in new players, and it paid off when Stefan Radovanovic scored the goal that sealed the fate of Landvetter IS in the 64th minute.

Landvetter IS brought in more substitutes and desperately tried to score, but it was in vain and ultimately resulted in more yellow and red cards, as Alexander Bengtsson was also sent off in the 82nd minute. Laholms FK fought bravely and led the match from start to finish with a 4-0 victory that brought them to 6th place in the table.
