Sunday afternoon provided an exciting and closely contested match between Junsele IF and Bollsta IK at Mon arena. Despite the lack of spectators, it was a loud match with plenty of goal-scoring situations. Referee Mahmoud Tedmuri took control of the game.

Bollsta IK started strong and took the lead after just one minute with a well-placed shot from Sofia Nordlander. Eight minutes later, Agnes Westman extended the lead to 0-2 after a nice solo run. Junsele IF fought back and reduced the score to 1-2 in the fifteenth minute with a shot from Camilla Edlund that sailed into the net.

Camilla Edlund truly stepped up and equalized to 2-2 just a minute later after expertly rounding Bollsta IK’s defense. Junsele IF continued to apply pressure, and in the 50th minute, Edlund completed her hat trick and made it 3-2. Bollsta IK didn’t give up and continued to battle.

In the 66th minute, Bollsta IK equalized to 3-3 after an own goal from Junsele IF. Thyra Altin Sköldqvist from Bollsta IK received a yellow card in the 69th minute for a foul tackle. Just a minute later, Camilla Edlund scored her fourth goal of the day, putting Junsele IF back in the lead.

Bollsta IK kept fighting, and Agnes Westman received a yellow card in the 75th minute. The game continued to flow back and forth, and in the 76th minute, Thyra Altin Sköldqvist equalized for Bollsta IK with a well-placed shot.

The match ended 4-4, and both teams delivered a fantastic performance that, despite the high number of goals, was characterized by fair play. Both Junsele IF and Bollsta IK can leave Mon arena with their heads held high.
