Älandsbro AIK secured a convincing victory against Remsle UIF FF in Division 3 Ångermanland South/West when the teams met at Brovalla IP in front of an audience of 27 people.

It was Älandsbro AIK who took the lead just two minutes into the match with a goal from Jennie Beijar, and Malin Olsson extended the lead to 2-0 after nine minutes. However, Remsle UIF FF pulled one back through Hannah Karlsson after 15 minutes, and Mathilda Söderquist equalized to 2-2 after 20 minutes.

But Älandsbro AIK showed their strength, and Jennie Beijar scored her second and third goals of the match before halftime, putting the home team ahead 4-2 as the teams went into the break.

In the second half, Älandsbro AIK continued to dominate, with Jenny Vedin and Malin Olsson scoring for the home side, which gave them a 6-2 lead as the clock ticked towards 90 minutes.

In the closing stages of the match, Remsle UIF FF managed to reduce the deficit to 6-3 through Wilma Dahlqvist, but Älandsbro AIK held on and secured all three points.

Referee Peter Näslund had a steady hand over the match and issued several warnings, including to Älandsbro AIK’s Emelie Edlund and Tina Söderström as well as Remsle UIF FF’s Alma Blomberg. It was an intense encounter in which Älandsbro AIK ultimately emerged victorious with a score of 6-3.
