On Saturday afternoon, an exciting match was played between Ytterby IS and Tollereds IF at Ytterns IP 1 Artificial Turf. Unfortunately, there was no audience present, so the match was played without support from the stands. Referee Tilda Gustafsson was assisted by Fidel Shiba and Peter Damm.
The match started evenly, but in the 25th minute, Ytterby took the lead when Amilia Aurelius found the net, making it 1-0. Tollereds didn't give up, and in the 40th minute, Sofia Träsklund equalized for the away team.
Ytterby wanted to regain the lead, and in the 43rd minute, Jonna Leckborn scored to make it 2-1 for the home team. Tollereds continued to fight, and in the 59th minute, Jessica Julin equalized for the away team.
Ytterby refused to give up, and just four minutes later, Jonna Leckborn scored her second goal of the match, putting the home team ahead 3-2. Julia Cederberg from Ytterby received a yellow card in the 69th minute.
Tollereds did not back down, and in the 74th minute, Sara Ljunggren equalized for the away team. The match was incredibly exciting, and it was hard to predict who would win.
But in the 88th minute, Ytterby got a chance, and Josefin Wiklund scored, resulting in a 4-3 lead for the home team. Magnus Carlund, the coach of Ytterby, also received a yellow card in the final minutes.
The match was fiercely contested, and both teams battled hard, but it was Ytterby IS who came out on top, winning 4-3. An exciting match that would undoubtedly have engaged the audience had there been anyone present.
