On a sunny Saturday afternoon, Götene IF faced Ulricehamns IFK at Västerby IP A-plan in front of a crowd of 100 spectators. Referee Alban Mustafa officiated, assisted by linesmen Fredrik Svensson and Johan Lanzaro.

The match began evenly, with both teams creating chances going forward. In the 15th minute, Götene made their first substitution when Edvin Berntsson replaced Jimmy Hermansson. However, it was Ulricehamns IFK who took the lead in the 53rd minute when Johan Forsberg scored to make it 0-1 for the visiting team.
