IF Haga won their home match against Götene IF with a score of 3-2 after a dramatic game at Strömsbergsvallen. The home team started strong and took the lead after 41 minutes of play when Emin Dugic found the net behind the Götene goalkeeper. Just a few minutes later, Dugic doubled his goal tally, and it looked like it was going to be an easy victory for IF Haga.

However, Götene did not give up and continued to fight. After half an hour of play, Christoffer Apell reduced the score to 3-1. IF Haga responded with a substitution, replacing Dugic with Johan Schelin in an effort to stop Götene's attack.

The match continued with several yellow cards and substitutions from both teams. In the 88th minute, Götene managed to reduce the deficit again through Erik Callerud, who scored after a nice turnaround play. Götene kept pressing the home team, but time was running out, and IF Haga could breathe a sigh of relief and take three important points.

With the victory, IF Haga climbed to seventh place in the standings while Götene IF fell to ninth place. Next week, IF Haga will face division 3 leaders FC Linköping City away, while Götene IF will host Råda BK.
