Lidköpings FK secured a convincing victory in the Sunday match against Götene IF at Framnäs IP A-plan. Kristoffer Bohrén gave the home team the lead with an early goal in the second minute. Just five minutes later, Husam Abdulhadi extended the lead to 2-0 for Lidköping.
Götene IF received a warning in the eleventh minute through Johan Karlsson, and Elias Lindell then scored in the 25th minute, making it 3-0 for Lidköping at halftime.
In the second half, Lidköpings FK received a warning for Felix Stenström, who was later substituted for Lukas Hjort. Götene IF also made a substitution, bringing in David Lindh for Gustaf Karlsson.
Gustav Hellman then increased Lidköping's lead to 4-0 in the 64th minute, and Elias Lindell received a warning three minutes later. However, Götene IF reduced the deficit with an own goal in the 71st minute, but Lidköpings FK continued to dominate the match and substituted two players, Husam Abdulhadi and Kristoffer Bohrén, in the 78th minute in favor of Jonathan Hallin and Danijel Nikolla.
Emil Algotsson and Karl Strid Svensson received warnings in the 79th and 83rd minutes, and then Danijel Nikolla scored the final goal to make it 5-1 for Lidköpings FK in the 86th minute.
The match was well-attended with a crowd of 683 people, and referee Tobias Haane maintained order on the field with the help of assistant referees Jesper Bankemyhr and Anders Orlinder. After the match, Lidköping remained in first place in Division 3 Mellersta Götaland, while Götene IF stayed in ninth place in the table.
