Tidaholms GoIF did not give up, and Paulo Younan made it 6 - 5 in the 83rd minute. Hannes Nilsson then equalized in injury time, bringing the final score to 6 - 6.

The match was not without controversy, as Viktor Öhrling from Melleruds IF initially received a yellow card and later a red card in the final minute of stoppage time. Despite the draw, both teams take home one point from the match. Melleruds IF remains in sixth place in the table, while Tidaholms GoIF is one position lower in eighth place.
