IFK Falköping FF started the match strongly and took the lead already after seven minutes through Linus Gelang, who scored a header to make it 1-0. At halftime, Falköping rested on their lead but made a substitution, with Viktor Viktorsson coming on for Gelang.
The second half was more eventful; first, Gustav Blomgren equalized for Gerdskens BK in the 54th minute. Fisnik Menxhiqi then put Falköping back in the lead with a 2-1 goal in the 61st minute. A substitution followed for Gerdskens BK in the 69th minute, with Samuel Tedika replaced by Felix Hafström. Jakob Elmersson was later substituted in for the home team to give an extra boost, replacing Menxhiqi. Johan Svensson was substituted for another change at IFK Falköping FF, with Samuel Henriksson coming on instead.
With only twelve minutes left of the match, Adam Kjellson replaced Elias Andersson for Gerdskens BK. Albin Andersson then headed in an equalizer for Gerdskens in the 88th minute, giving the team a second chance. Pontus Svensson received a yellow card for IFK Falköping FF in the closing minutes, and while Axel Skoglund was substituted in for Gerdskens in the 90th minute, Simon Preissler also received a yellow card. The match ended in a 2-2 draw, and despite the lack of spectators, both teams delivered an exciting game.
