On Friday evening, Tidaholms GoIF faced Ardala GoIF at Ulvesborg A-plan in front of an audience of 150 people. The match, which was part of Division 3 Mellersta Götaland, turned out to be an easy game for the home team.
Already after 10 minutes of play, Tidaholms GoIF took the lead with Mikael Axelsson's beautiful goal, setting the tone for the rest of the match. In the 21st minute, Axel Axelsson extended the lead to 2-0, and just four minutes later, Max Persson scored his first goal of the evening to make it 3-0.
The rest of the first half was goalless, but in the second half, it was once again Tidaholms GoIF that controlled the game. After only six minutes, Theodor Lidén increased the lead to 4-0, dramatically reducing Ardala GoIF's chances of coming back into the match.
Max Persson scored his second goal of the evening in the 80th minute, which meant that Tidaholms GoIF won by a resounding 5-0.
Ardala GoIF's Robin Björk received a yellow card in the 31st minute and was later substituted along with Gustav Vallgren in the 47th minute. Simon Törnqvist came on as a substitute.
Tidaholms GoIF substituted Axel Axelsson in the 72nd minute in favor of Jacop Eriksson. Erik Axelsson and Nils Lennartsson were substituted in the 85th minute for Valmir Brahimi and Måns Sörman. Ludvig Sörman and Simon Brage were also substituted in the 90th minute, when Filip Lundgren and Felix Davidsson were taken off.
