On Friday evening, Skene IF and Ytterby IS faced off in Division 3 Mellersta Götaland for men at Vävarevallen's A-plan, with an audience of 100 spectators. Referee Bartek Svaberg and his assistants Rasmus Hermansson and Albin Wrångemyr officiated the match.

Before the match, Skene IF was second to last in the table while Ytterby IS was in fourth place. During the halftime break, Ytterby pulled further ahead, with Joakim Thornberg scoring his own goal from a free kick, making it 1-5.

After an hour, Sebastian Strömqvist and Viktor Hallström came on for Ytterby, while Patrik Svensson and Daniel Alexandersson left the field. Shortly after, Joakim Thornberg and Fabian Andersson were also substituted for Fredrik Strand and Johan Jussila. The home team, Skene IF, also made several substitutions, with Sonny Ögärd replacing Wiklander.

Ytterby appeared to have control of the match as Tim Stolt Hermansson extended the lead to 1-6 with just twenty minutes remaining. However, Skene IF did not give up hope, and Arjanit Sumiqi scored his second goal of the evening, reducing the score to 2-6.
