Alsens IF won a tight match against Sund IF at Bleckåsvallen IP on Saturday afternoon. Only 37 spectators made their way to the venue to watch what turned out to be a true battle from both teams.

Alsens IF took an early lead in the 12th minute when Jimmy Hernerud headed in a goal. But Sund IF quickly responded and equalized in the 14th minute thanks to Zakaria Bel Mekki's goal from a free kick.

Both teams created several chances during the rest of the first half, but it was Alsens IF that managed to score a decisive goal just before the halftime whistle. Love Öien placed a perfect free kick in the goalkeeper's right corner, giving the home team a 2-1 lead.

The second half presented several exciting moments, but despite multiple substitutions and cautions for both teams, no one was able to find the back of the net for the remainder of the match. Alsens IF thus won 2-1.

Referee Robin Albertsson, assisted by Patrik Holmblad and Liam Carlsson, conducted a well-structured match and kept the teams on their toes throughout the game.
