Venue: Stöde IP
Attendance: 185
Stöde IF hosted Ope IF at home on Saturday afternoon. In front of an audience of 185, referee Mattias Hiding was assisted by Robert Hellström and Erik Välitalo. The match started quickly, and just three minutes in, Stöde took the lead when Semir Salia scored an early goal. Ope fought to get back into the game, but it was Stöde who extended their lead after 20 minutes when Joshua Chatee showcased his scoring ability. And a goal, then as now, usually gets a quality team fired up, and just nine minutes later, Bleart Ugzmajli fired in Stöde's third goal.
Ope tried to push forward, but the goals just wouldn’t come, and when Salim Haglund was substituted in for Mensur Jabir after 36 minutes, the home team had full control. Referee Mattias Hiding issued warnings to both teams before half-time, to Joshua Chatee for Stöde and to Salim Haglund for Ope.
During the break, Ope made a substitution, bringing on Mahdi Khedri in place of Carl Panoncillon. However, Stöde continued to dominate, and Ryan Jackson and Peter Vikner from their respective teams received yellow cards five minutes into the second half. Jefferson Camilo Cupitra Carrillo came on for Peter Vikner in Ope after an hour of play, but it was Stöde who would score again. After 73 minutes, Håkan Helsing substituted in for Niclas Möllhagen in Stöde, and shortly after, Bleart Ugzmajli scored his second goal of the day.
Stöde continued to bring in fresh legs, with Robin Cardegren, Maxwell Osadolor, and Adam Kerfstedt replacing Bleart Ugzmajli, Shane Marshall, and Ryan Jackson to maintain the pace. The match ultimately ended 4-0, clearly demonstrating which team was strongest this time.
