Järpen then extended their lead further with a goal from Adriano Renato Melo Chegança in the 71st minute. Delsbo desperately tried to get back into the game, but Järpen was too strong. The home team eventually won with a score of 4-1 after an own goal situation in the 90th minute.

After the match, Järpen was in second place in the table while Delsbo was in sixth place. It was an impressive victory for Järpen, which demonstrated both strength and endurance throughout the match. The next match for both teams was just a few days later, but for the moment, Järpen could celebrate an important victory in front of their home crowd.
