Frösö IF and Östavalls IF met at Länsförsäkringar AC 1 in front of an audience of 62 people on a Wednesday evening in Division 3 Mellersta Norrland. Referee Rani Amir officiated the match, assisted by Petter Lindbom and Robert Rydén Fogelberg.
The match started relatively calmly, but the pace picked up as time went on. In the 42nd minute, André Rydén from Östavalls IF received a yellow card. Shortly thereafter, just before halftime, Victor Åström from Frösö IF also received a yellow card. Just before the break, Alexander Nilsson Ihrén from Frösö IF was cautioned as well.
In the second half, the intensity increased even more. In the 67th minute, Arad Hussein-Zadeh from Frösö IF took the lead with a penalty, putting the home team ahead 1-0. However, Östavalls IF fought back, and in the 69th minute, Lukas Vikberg equalized to 1-1.
The tension was unbearable as the match entered its final stages. Frösö IF received another warning when Andreas Englund was cautioned in the 70th minute. In the 90th minute, however, Majed Saedi stepped up and decided the match in favor of Frösö IF with his goal, making the final score 2-1 to the home team.
Östavalls IF made several attempts to come back, but Frösö IF held strong and secured the three points. A well-played and hard-fought match between the teams at Länsförsäkringar AC 1.
