The match between Hovslätts IK and Borens IK started intensely with several chances for both sides. After a balanced opening, Hovslätts IK pulled ahead with a goal from Robin Wärn in the 27th minute. The match continued to be intense with several important substitutions and cautions before Fadi Dankha sealed the victory for Hovslätts IK with a goal that made it 5-3 for the home team in the 80th minute.

Despite a late comeback attempt by Hovslätts IK, Borens IK could not recover, and the match ended 5-3 in favor of Hovslätts IK in front of an audience of 70 at Hovets IP 1.
