In an outstanding match at Arena Ulf Davidson 1 in Högsby, Högsby IK faced Malmslätts AIK in Division 3 North-East Götaland. The match started intensely, and already in the 26th minute, Högsby took the lead through Joacim Olsson. The game continued at a high level, and Högsby extended their lead with goals from Joakim Lengyel in the 35th and 37th minutes, as well as another goal from Joacim Olsson just before halftime, making it 4-0 for the home team.

In the second half, Högsby IK maintained the pressure, and the goals continued to flow. Hampus Savolainen scored to make it 5-0 in the 53rd minute, and Joakim Lengyel completed his hat trick in the 57th minute. While Malmslätts AIK tried to fight their way back into the match, Johan Rannemalm made it 7-0 for Högsby in the 66th minute.

However, Malmslätts AIK could take solace in a consolation goal in the 73rd minute when Fredrik Andersson reduced the score to 7-1. Högsby then kept control of the match and secured a convincing victory.

Referee Shayan Mollaei kept a good watch on the match, and a record crowd of 147 spectators witnessed the impressive performance from Högsby IK. After the match, a happy and proud home crowd celebrated this convincing 7-1 victory for Högsby IK.
