The match between Borens IK and Nässjö FF kicked off on Friday evening at Borens IP A in front of an audience of zero people. Referee Peter Vistrand was in charge, assisted by linesmen Daniel Gustavsson and Martin Karlsson.

Borens IK took the lead in the 35th minute with a penalty goal by Eden Iradukunda. However, Nässjö FF equalized just six minutes later through Milos Mladenovic, and the score was 1-1 at halftime.
