It was a sunny Sunday afternoon at Arena Ceosvallen when Vimmerby IF was ready to face Lindö FF in Division 3 Nordöstra Götaland. Despite only 200 in attendance, it turned out to be an exciting match, and the referee Gheorghe Piscoran kept a tight grip on the game.

The match began with a warning for Vimmerby IF's Ahmed Imad Tarabeih just four minutes in. However, it was Lindö FF that took the lead in the 14th minute with an unfortunate own goal from Vimmerby's defense.

Lindö FF continued to dominate and scored another goal in the 30th minute through Marcus Johansson.

Vimmerby IF fought to come back and made a substitution at halftime. Pontus Kägu Bragsjö came on while Selatin Shaljani went off. Unfortunately for Vimmerby, Lindö FF struck again quickly in the second half with Ignatius Malki's goal in the 48th minute.

Vimmerby, however, kept fighting and pulled one back in the 49th minute through Ahmed Imad Tarabeih. A substitution for each team was made in the 52nd minute before Lindö FF's Anton Lövbom and Tin Knezevic came on in the 67th minute.

Lindö FF's Ignatius Malki also received a warning in the 70th minute. Vimmerby IF's Abdul Mojeb Abdul Majed got a warning in the 80th minute, and Lindö FF made two more substitutions with Gustav Rapp coming on for Kerry Axel Itangukwishaka in the 81st minute and Matteus Chanko Lazar replacing Johan Sjöstedt Varga in the 84th minute.

Lindö FF finished the match with two goals, the first in the 94th minute by Tin Knezevic and the second just a minute later by Vimmerby's own Knut Gunnarsson, making the final score 2-4 in favor of Lindö.

Vimmerby IF remains in tenth place in the standings, while Lindö FF climbs to eighth.
