It was an eventful match between Kode IF and IK Virgo at Kode IP 1 Grass. Despite a strong start from the home team, IK Virgo took control of the match and turned the tables.

In the 17th minute, Kode IF took the lead through Oscar Gustafsson, but the goal didn't last long as Joakim Ahlgren equalized for IK Virgo from the penalty spot in the 26th minute. Before halftime, Carl-Johan Falk managed to score another goal for the visitors, making it 1-2 to IK Virgo.

In the second half, IK Virgo maintained the pace and Falk found the net again in the 60th minute. Kode tried to bring in fresh legs to mount a comeback, but it was Markus Norberg who nailed the coffin shut with his goal in the 85th minute.

The match ended 1-4 in favor of IK Virgo, a well-deserved victory for the visitors. Neither Gustav Nilsson (Kode IF) nor Thomas Erlandsson (IK Virgo) shied away from the referee's whistle, each receiving a yellow card during the match.
