The match between KF Velebit and IK Virgo started intensely, and just 9 minutes in, IK Virgo took the lead through Markus Norberg. Despite a balanced match overall, it was the away team that had the upper hand for large parts of the first half.

Things got even tougher for the home team when Jon Stockhaus from KF Velebit was sent off just before halftime, putting pressure on the team heading into the second half. However, KF Velebit did not give up and equalized at 1-1 after an hour of play through Ivica Skiljo.

Unfortunately for KF Velebit, IK Virgo managed to regain the lead after 74 minutes with another goal from Markus Norberg, making him the hero of the match with two goals. Despite a persistent effort to equalize, KF Velebit could not succeed, and the match ended 1-2 in favor of IK Virgo.

Referee Bartek Svaberg had his hands full monitoring the match and issued several cautionary cards throughout the game. It was a challenging match where the players had to fight on without support from the stands at Velebit IP 1 Grass.

After 90 minutes, the referee blew the whistle to signal the end of the match, and IK Virgo took three points home with them, while KF Velebit will have to regroup ahead of their next match in Division 3 North-Western Götaland.
