On a sunny Saturday afternoon, Lerums IS faced IF Angered United at Aspevallen 1 Grass in front of an empty stand. Referee Marcus Strandberg blew the whistle to start the match, and it didn’t take long before Lerums IS took the lead. Already in the 9th minute, Tobias Hansson scored 1-0 for the home team. Lerums continued to apply pressure, and in the 44th minute, William Drake doubled the lead, making it 2-0.
During the break, IF Angered United made a substitution, bringing in Denis Osmanovic for Ahmed Hilowle in an attempt to turn the match around. Unfortunately for the visitors, things became tougher when Subeyr Sofa received two yellow cards in quick succession and was sent off in the 45th minute.
