The second half began with a quick play from IK Kongahälla as Cornelis Leckborn scored the team's second goal in the 51st minute, extending their lead to 0-2. Hisingsbacka FC tried to respond, and in the 84th minute, Abubakar Dumbuya managed to score a goal for his team.
However, IK Kongahälla held on and won the match 1-2 despite two late yellow cards for Leandre Ayewubo and Filip Larsson in the 87th and 90th minutes. Hisingsbacka FC pressed towards the end but failed to equalize.
With this victory, IK Kongahälla secured a much-needed win after several matches without a victory.
