Pövelund's artificial grass was the venue for the thrilling match between Älvsborg FF and IK Virgo. With only 50 people in the stands, the somewhat subdued atmosphere made the match feel even more interesting. Referee Jonas Erlandsson and his assistants Erik Nilsson and Joel Ronander maintained a tight grip on the match and kept the rules clear.

After half an hour of play, a yellow card was handed out. It went to home team player Filip Bergfelt, who couldn't stay off the referee's radar. Shortly thereafter, IK Virgo scored the first goal with the help of Calle Ekdahl, taking the lead at 1-0.

But despite this, the team fought on and scored two more goals. Calle Ekdahl netted his second goal of the match, and Carl-Oscar Korenado finished the game with an exciting goal. In the final minutes, IK Virgo ensured a strong lead of 4-0 and substituted in Gustaf Lindberg and Viktor Lundqvist for Patrik Falk and Joacim Hake.

The final score will be recorded as: Älvsborg FF - IK Virgo 0-4. It was a clear and decisive result that puts IK Virgo in a better position in Division 3 Norra Götaland.
